Upon entering the office, we have some brief paperwork for you to fill out. The paperwork provides us with general information about yourself and your condition.
Next you will have a consultation with Dr. Conrad Winiarski, D.C., your Pompano Beach Chiropractor to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, as well as potential treatment options. Your first visit is designed for Dr. Conrad Winiarski, D.C., your Pompano Beach Chiropractor to learn more about you, your condition and your expectations to determine whether chiropractic care will you meet your goals and whether or not Dr. Winiarski will accept you as a patient.
History and Examination
After your consultation, Dr. Conrad Winiarski, D.C., your Pompano Beach Chiropractor will perform a complete Chiropractic examination testing your spine, reflexes, range of motion as well as other standard neurologic, orthopedic, postural, and physical examinations. Nothing will be done in our office without your knowledge and consent.
Your specific condition may require us to order digital standing/weight bearing x-rays to to get a full evaluation of your individual condition. X-rays help us rule out more serious conditions or assist us in developing the most effective treatment plan for you.
Same Day Findings and Treatment
After discussing with you your history and your goals, examining your spine and reviewing any x-rays or tests, Dr. Conrad Winiarski, D.C., your Pompano Beach Chiropractor will discuss his recommendations with you.
If you have a condition that requires care with other providers, the doctor will tell you.
If Dr. Conrad Winiarski, D.C., your Pompano Beach Chiropractor believes he can help you, we will accept you as a patient - and if needed he will recommend a treatment program, specifically tailored to your needs for you to get better. All treatment programs are individually curated to get you better in as few sessions as possible.
Dr. Winiarski prides himself in getting patients better in as few visits a possible.
Patients can expected to receive treatment at their first visit.. This may include spinal adjustments, therapeutic activities, myofascial release, and/or other soft tissue therapies. Treatment is interactive with you so you can express any questions and/or concerns you have with Dr. Winiarski.
Prior to leaving, most patients will be given instructions on certain activities or procedures to be conducted at home. This may include ice or heat application instructions, avoidance of certain activities or positions, as well as home exercises and/or stretches.
